Article on RTE campaign in AP

Historically, in India, participation of girls in education has lagged behind that of boys at all levels of education. Its retrospective effect is reflected in the low female literacy rate continuing till date as a challenge. The costs of missing opportunity of educating girls to the society may be far higher than the investment required for educating them. So SSA in AP collaborated with APMSS (AP Mahila Samkhya) or MS to do massive campaign on RTE using Fine and Folk Arts.
