Cross-checking SDP in Odisha to be done by Odisha RTE Forum

Odisha RTE Forum:

Odisha RTE Forum is going to organize one state level Convention on RTE on 6th february.

This convention would focus the two major strategy of central and state govt.i.e. a) public awareness about RTE and b)community mobilisation to create RTE compliant schools.As part of the strategy, both central and state governments are supposed to involve NGOs working in the field of education. In other states, NGOs have already been involved in the process.  However government of Odisha has yet to take decisions to involve voluntary organisations in the state in this regard.

Along with this , the convention has planned to discuss on SDP(School Development Plan) being implemented in the state. Community mobilization and budgetary discussion would be the another important matter of discussion.
